Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

  • If the cancellation request is received within 24 hours and the order has not been processed or shipped, your order will be cancelled successfully.

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Once 24 hours have passed or the order has been processed for shipment, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Return Policy

If you wish to return your order, you must submit a return request within 24 hours of receiving your package.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The product must be returned with all original accessories, labels, and packaging materials.

Return requests submitted after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used cosmetic and skincare products.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.

  • Return requests made after 24 hours of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.
